One deposit, then monthly payments. Pay your deposit when you approve the homepage design. It comes off the total. Monthly payments start at launch and include the build, hosting and care for 24 months. After that, the website is yours, with optional hosting and care charged separately. You can settle early, with half of everything you’ve paid credited towards the buyout price.
Pay for the build in two stages. The website is yours from launch. Add Website Care and it is looked after exactly the same way, or run it yourself if you would rather.

Website Care
Website Care covers the ongoing management needed to keep the website running, so there is nothing for you to maintain. It is the same care either way you pay.
Paying monthly: included for as long as you are on it, with nothing charged separately.
Paying in full: add it from £25 per month, or host and run the website yourself. Either is fine, and nothing stops working if you would rather take it on.

Before you ask.
Two routes, same build. Pay monthly with a deposit of £90, £180 or £300 depending on the size of the site, paid once you approve the homepage design and taken off the total. The monthly then starts at launch and covers the build, the hosting and Website Care in one payment with no minimum term. Or pay for the build in full at 50% to begin and 50% on completion. Nothing about the website changes between them.
If you pay in full, it is yours from launch. If you pay monthly, the design is yours after 24 months of payments at no further cost. You are not tied to that period: you can settle early at any point by buying out the design, and half of everything you have already paid comes off that price. It is half rather than all of it because the monthly is not only paying for the design: the other half has been covering your hosting and Website Care month to month, which you have already had. That is why it reaches zero at 24 months. Pay off after six months or after eighteen, whichever suits you. To be clear, that is the website itself, not the hosting: once you own it, the monthly stops and so does everything it was paying for. You either host it yourself or keep it with Orb55 on a Website Care plan.
A single page takes 3 to 5 days. A small site 1 to 2 weeks. A full site 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how much content there is to write and structure. You get a firm date before anything starts.
Orb55 does. On the monthly route, hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and uptime are included for as long as you are on it. If you pay in full, the same Website Care plan is available separately from £25 a month. Content changes, new pages, redesigns and blog writing are quoted separately.
There is no minimum term on the monthly, so you can stop at any time with 30 days notice. Keep the site by buying out the design, which reduces with every payment you have made. Stop without buying out and the site comes down. The deposit is not refundable once the full build has started. If you paid in full the site is already yours, and Website Care can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
An Orb55 site is standalone code. There is no platform underneath it, nothing to log into, and no plugins to keep track of, which is what keeps it fast. The design can be yours outright: buy it out and you can take it anywhere, host it wherever you like, and nothing stops working if you and Orb55 part ways. Builder platforms work differently. The site lives inside the platform, so the monthly payment rents your presence there rather than buys it.
Your site is built the way AI tools need in order to read it: clean, structured, semantic code, proper page titles and descriptions, and a sitemap. Templates carry weight that gets in the way of that. The foundation is included in every plan. Going further, schema markup, service pages written around the questions people actually ask, and ongoing tuning, is separate work. Tell me what you want to be found for and I will quote it.
Social media is rented ground. The platform owns the audience and the rules change overnight. A website is where people check you are real, see your work, and get in touch, on a page you control.

You are not renting a website. This is the same build as paying in full, spread out so you do not need all the money up front. A deposit of £90, £180 or £300 starts the build and comes off the total. There is no minimum term, and hosting and care are included the whole time you are on it.
You can buy the design outright whenever you want, and half of everything you have already paid comes off the price. That means it falls a little every month until it reaches zero at 24 months and the website is simply yours.

You pay 50% to start the build and the other 50% when it is complete. The website is yours from the day it launches.
Website Care is optional on top of that, at £25, £39 or £49 a month depending on how big the site is. Take it if you would rather I looked after the hosting and updates, or run it yourself if you would not.

The clock starts once we have agreed the structure, not at the first email. That conversation usually takes a day or two.

If you paid in full, the same Website Care is there if you want it, at £25, £39 or £49 a month depending on the size of the site. A fifteen page site is more to host, more to back up and more to re-check after an update than a single page, which is why it is not one flat fee.
