Monthly
You are not renting a website. This is the same build as paying in full, spread out so you do not need all the money up front. A deposit of £90, £180 or £300 starts the build and comes off the total. There is no minimum term, and hosting and care are included the whole time you are on it.
You can buy the design outright whenever you want, and half of everything you have already paid comes off the price. That means it falls a little every month until it reaches zero at 24 months and the website is simply yours.
Paid in full
You pay 50% to start the build and the other 50% when it is complete. The website is yours from the day it launches.
Website Care is optional on top of that, at £25, £39 or £49 a month depending on how big the site is. Take it if you would rather I looked after the hosting and updates, or run it yourself if you would not.

Original designs created by Orb55 and available to commission, not assembled from a template. They are all live, so open any of them and have a proper look around. Every design is available to one business only. Once selected it is removed from the collection and never reused for another client.

The build time
Single page, 3 to 5 days. Small site, 1 to 2 weeks. Full site, 2 to 3 weeks. Start to launch, assuming content and images are with me.
The clock starts once we have agreed the structure, not at the first email. That conversation usually takes a day or two.
Who owns the site
Paid in full, it is yours from launch. On monthly you are never stuck:at any point you can buy the design out and take the site with you, and the buyout reduces with every payment made.
Half of everything paid comes off the price, so after 24 months it reaches zero and the site is yours for nothing. Leaving early is a real option at a fair price, not a penalty.

After launch
If you are on monthly, this is already covered. Hosting, monitoring, backups, security and uptime are all included for as long as you are on it, and nothing is charged separately.
If you paid in full, the same Website Care is there if you want it, at £25, £39 or £49 a month depending on the size of the site. A fifteen page site is more to host, more to back up and more to re-check after an update than a single page, which is why it is not one flat fee.
